Intake/Sales Specialist

Summary
The Seamless Management Group is accepting applications for a highly dynamic and engaging Intake/Sales Specialist to join our team. Your primary job responsibility is to serve as the initial contact for potential legal clients and convert them to face-to-face in-office consultations. You must have rapport building skills, excellent diction, friendly phone manner, helpful attitude, excellent writing and organization skills as there is a strong need to take clear and accurate notes. The candidate must be able to quickly determine facts through a phone interview with potential clients through both outbound and inbound calls. This position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Schedule initial consultations for attorneys and client services
  • Handle all aspects of new client and matter intake
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Enter and manage new client and case information into our CRM software
  • Respond to emails, calls and inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Perform conflict checks of opposing parties
  • Assist administrative assistants as needed

  • Law firm experience helpful
  • Sales experience required
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build instant rapport with people over the phone
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • HubSpot experience a plus
